When we speak of meditation as a practice rather than an experience, we’re acknowledging that this is about a journey. So, let’s approach this with the understanding we’re on a journey – we have a starting point – there is an adventure ahead and of course, a destination.

We will discuss the soul – the intellect, the will and the memory. This will include imagination, our feelings, our deep-seated memories and our hurts.

Along this journey letting go naturally arises and embraces faith, love and hope.

This class will introduce and explore three different types of meditation to move us closer to our destination.
