PLEASE NOTE:  Chris will present 4 sessions – Sessions commence on 7 April, and continue on 21 and 28 April and 5 May. NOTE ALSO: ( Centre closed on 14 April for Good Friday)

 

If you want to learn to meditate, to reconnect with your meditation or to understand more about how to meditate, this could be the course for you. Over 5 weeks we will learn to relax, move our bodies gently, to focus the mind and use our breath to connect with a sense of mindful awareness.

Meditation can help lower stress and increase wellbeing. Relaxation connects us to inner peace and better health.

 

The course will run over a 5 sessions, one hour per session. From the beginning of the course you should start a small meditation practice once per day to support your learning and build habit and acceptance.

 

If you have a yoga mat, please bring to support your comfort on the floor. Wear loose comfortable clothing.
