PLEASE NOTE: This course runs over 4 weeks – sessions each Monday evening.

Mindfulness is only the first step towards the enlightenment. You don’t have to be enlightened to reap the benefits of mindfulness. The science has shown that mindfulness changes our mind as well as the body improving both mental and physical health.

The benefits of mindfulness are beyond positive psychology and improving health. It changes your way of life to experience peace, contentment, satisfaction and happiness you have never experienced before. Why not incorporate that into your daily life?

Dr Sophie is a medical doctor and a consultant anaesthetist. She has a deep interest in optimisation of our health.
