PLEASE NOTE: This course will run over a period of 5 weeks) commencing Monday 13 March.

If you want to learn to meditate, to reconnect with your meditation or to understand more about how to Chris Lloyd_2015meditate, this could be the course for you. Over 5 weeks we will learn to relax, move our bodies gently, to focus the mind and use our breath to connect with a sense of mindful awareness.

Meditation can help lower stress and increase wellbeing. Relaxation connects us to inner peace and better health.

 

The course will run over a 5 week period, one hour per session. From the beginning of the course you should start a small meditation practice once per day to support your learning and build habit and acceptance.

 

If you have a yoga mat, please bring to support your comfort on the floor.

Wear loose comfortable clothing.
