Using the difficulties in life – those that cause us the most suffering is a way to befriend ourselves, accept our part, and widen our circle of compassion. We learn how mindfulness meditation differs from Tonglen, how to melt anger and aggression on the spot, and ancient Tibet’s lojong teachings for inspiring everyday awareness.
