Our mental health and happiness are profoundly shaped by the activities of our minds. Meditation is the method we can use to focus our attention on what is actually happening in the present moment so we can be fully with ourselves. Regular practise of meditation will enhance the quality and happiness of our lives. Here are 4 hours for you to enjoy with Linda. Linda wanted to give participants who are both new and repeaters a chance for a single morning course – four beautiful hours to relax, meditate and take in some great ideas.
Come along and enjoy Linda who has found this process so valuable in her own life. She will guide you through the basic steps of Meditation so that you can establish a regular and satisfying practice for yourself.
