We receive training for many years at school and university in various subjects. We train for work in the public and private sector. We train in sports, arts, languages and much else. We have no tradition of training the mind. How do we train the mind? What are the essential points to remember?
Through training of the mind, including the heart we reduce stress, develop empathy with others, experience peace with ourselves and find the wisdom to address various circumstances.
The workshop will consist of a talk on the theme, questions and answers, small groups and a guided meditation.
