Relaxation Centre of Queensland
Presenter: Nicki McCosker-Dell
We don’t learn about grief and loss at school, and too often these are experiences we believe we must suffer through in silence. Nicki, a Counsellor with lived experience of traumatic loss, will hold a safe space in this interactive, self-reflective and practical workshop that will provide insights and practices using ways that you can enable you to live with grief and loss without it derailing you.
This workshop brings light to the darkness that is commonly experienced when we lose something or someone that we held a deep space in our heart for, and that helped define us – be that a relationship, job, pet, loved one or a world perspective.
I’s great to have Nicky McCosker-Dell for her second presentation here. Participants last time expressed such appreciation for her obvious compassion, empathy, connection and interest in each person in the group. She says she loves teaching practices that help expand emotional intelligence and self-care and techniques relating to grief and loss and re-building mental wellness.
FEE: $55. PLEASE BOOK.
