PLEASE NOTE: This is a 4-week course, sessions each Wednesday morning.

Qi Gong movements enrich your brain and nervous system while enhancing your health holistically. Just 10 minutes a day can make a profound difference to mind and energy levels.

Qi Gong is energising and relaxing. It aids digestion, circulation, joint and spinal health, blood pressure and a feeling of wellbeing.
