Every day now we are hearing stories about people with PTSD – so what is it and why don’t we always recognise we have it and what we can do about it? PTSD is like a deeply embedded anxiety that seems to affect us in a range of ways including losing the will to live, feeling constantly exhausted, having little interest in life as well as often stimulating a range of emotions.

Margo went through PTSD nearly 20 years ago. This led to her discovering and developing and working with a range of ideas and possibilities that have revolutionised her life. Below are some comments from Margo’s previous presentations:

  • Very valuable experience, my interaction with Margo was helpful and I felt understood, and her advice was great. I find the sharing stories in this group format comfortable and enjoyed relating to others.
  • I found this a very valuable group experience; the sharing, and people’s honesty to tell their own stories. Good resources to keep and explore.
  • This course gave me a new way to look at my PTSD and some valuable ideas for coping. I feel a bit more positive about coming to the light at the end of the tunnel and eventually feeling like myself again; it doesn’t seem so impossible. It was also good to know I’m not alone and that other people feel the same.
  •  The content was different to what I expected but quite profound and gives me the opportunity to think outside the square. I learnt a lot from everyone’s stories, and am very grateful that everyone shared so willingly.
  • I felt a lot of benefit and focus from today and I thank Margo for sharing her learned wisdom so well.

FEE: $35. PLEASE BOOK.
