Presented by Margo Knox

Every day now we hear about PTSD – returned servicemen – people involved in accidents –Margo Knox_2014 people who have been through a crisis and more.

BUT PTSD is like a deeply embedded anxiety that may seem to affect us in a range of ways including losing the will to live, feeling constantly exhausted, having little interest in life as well as possibly stimulating a range of emotions.

Margo herself went through PTSD nearly 20 years ago. This led to her discovering and working with a range of ideas and possibilities that have revolutionised her life. She would love to meet you today as well as members of your family where relevant. FEE: $25. PLEASE BOOK.

Feedback from participants:

An excellently run course: the facilitator was very knowledgeable.

I really enjoyed this course and found it insightful for me, and easy to relate to many of the instances that participants shared.

Excellent!! Margo’s delivery is compassionate and encouraging. Thank you Margo.

Margo led the group really well by explaining in easy-to-relate-to terms. The meditation at the beginning was wonderful and really made me feel present. There’s so much to learn and it’s evolving and expanding so that trauma is no longer ‘hidden away’.

I gained significant insights from sharing the participant’s personal experiences and Margo’s supportive feedback. I’m encouraged to undertake some further work in this area.

This was a very helpful workshop for those with PTSD to feel safe and compare notes with others who understand.
