Here is a second session of Opening Your Heart to Love. This will include a review of the first session(23 October), a chance to gain any clarity needed as well as a range of additional concepts and techniques.
In Part 1Tony and Nicky covered how to harness the power of love and discover how this enriches your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual wellbeing. This is all about learning specific and life-enhancing techniques such as heart centering, and heart listening. Find out about and embrace the physiological impact your positive and negative emotions and thoughts have on your ageing process, your immune system and very importantly, your hormones. Nicky is an inspirational presenter with 25 years’ experience and known to many at the Relaxation Centre. Tony has been presenting workshops on how to open the heart for over 30 years. These are outstanding sessions. If you have participated in any of Nicky and Tony’s courses you are welcome to participate in this excellent expansion of what they have shared with you previously.
