Numerous people now have problems with their sleeping patterns. Many say they drop off okay, wake at 1 or 2 am and can’t get back to sleep. Others lie awake for two or three hours or more before finally dropping off.

There are many reasons but, all importantly, there are so many things you can do, which can be so effective without those ongoing tablets or other aids. These sessions have assisted many people to overcome years of chronic insomnia.

Lionel had 15 years of ongoing sleeping problems in his early years and now loves sharing with others what they can do to bring deep restful sleep.

On a path to changing my sleep pattern and coming off temazepam sleep meditation I found the session very informative and understanding of sleep. I’m able to evaluate my sleep and keen to make change for a better life. Big thanks Lionel.

Some very good strategies to try and some good practical things. I like the focus on training the mind/directing the mind. Thank you for a very useful and insightful seminar.

It was great to have some ideas to easily put into place that either confirms what I know (i.e. blue/white light) but more especially some great new techniques that I didn’t know about. These were touch, breathing out longer and so concentrating on that. Training the mind very useful. Glad I finally came to one of these talks.

This session was full of lots of good points to consider.

I really enjoyed Lionel’s presentation on such a special topic. The new ideas are appreciated e.g. visualise your wake-up time – things I knew but forgot! It was a lovely evening. Thank you so much.

There were many wonderful tips to explore to empower my sleep.

A very engaging session – stories very visual – All suggested actions are very credible and very much I intend to do. A number of the actions have expanded on things I have dabbled with and will be great to implement.
