Now we’re into the routine of 2021 it is so good to give ourselves a boost from the power of our minds and spirits joining in harmony. Here is a beautiful experience with Jean who loves these sessions. She has seen numerous participants in previous groups go out of the classes full of excitement and delight with what they are taking home.
