Some people don’t believe this. Instead, they have a sense inside themselves that they and nobody else runs their life. They make things happen and get things done. So this is what this course aims to give you.
These evenings will focus on practical ways you can safely and gently increase your self will, and your sense that it is your right to be the captain of your ship and to be in charge. Here is an opportunity to reduce the ways you unconsciously hand over control of your life. Instead, you smile while you take your power back.
