Listening is possibly one of the most underrated, underused skills on the planet. Roby has trained thousands of people in the art and science of listening.
How often have you said or heard someone else say – if they’d just listen to me, but they don’t. Don’t they understand that I don’t feel heard? It’s as if what I think and feel doesn’t matter.
