PLEASE NOTE: This course will run over 4 weeks, sessions each Monday morning.
Dr Moshe Feldenkrais was a great pioneer and researcher who developed many remarkably simple, gentle movements to benefit those who could not bend or move with ease. This is something you need to experience yourself. This wonderful process has brought about quite miraculous changes for numerous people. We have seen numerous people who have tried many ways to improve their movements find new possibilities and renewed freedom for the future. Rita Ryan is a teacher with many years of experience working with individuals and groups.
