Maurizio Bontempi_2_2016Presenters: Maurizio Bontempi (left) and Dr Davide Bertorelli (below)

So often we can find ourselves out of balance not only in regard to our physical health but also our mental health. Davide, a psychiatrist, will talk about the imbalances in the mind and what he refers to as ‘the landscape of the soul’.

Both Davide and Maurizio (a long-term acupuncturist and Davide Bertorelli 2016gardener) have seen the benefits of working on the land and being involved in the growth and energy of plants.

A gardener, as he gains experience, becomes aware of the varying needs of the plants in his garden. The same can apply to ourselves in regard to our mental health especially when we are given some hints on what to watch for.

Come for what should be a fascinating and insightful evening opening many possibilities for us to find renewed balance and healing.

FEE: $25. PLEASE BOOK.

Below are a few comments from some previous participants

I found this a very helpful and thought-provoking presentation by both presenters. Thank you.

Very useful with analogies – cultivating gardens with cultivating the mind.

I found the course well with lots of pertinent and very points. The connection of mind/body/soul is insightful.

I enjoyed this session – the psychiatry theory and information and insights into current psychiatric issues and treatment was very interesting. The analogy of inner to outer gardening was insightful.
