Yoga is a systematized and practical method to inspire and motivate you toward experiencing your full potential. In this workshop, you’ll be given the opportunity to learn simple, yet empowering, yoga exercises to practice at home and throughout your day. We’ll also take a look at the art and science of motivation, examining what gets in the way and how to manage this. The aim of the course is to give you the skills and knowledge to feel more competent and motivated to use yoga practices regularly. This will in turn support you to live a more balanced and purposeful life.
