How does this happen? We all know how we “should” be eating, but in times of stress, we don’t do that. This workshop will give you deeper insights into the practical aspects of making a non-diet approach work for you.
If you’d like to feel in charge of your eating again, this non-diet approach will provide answers you can use in your everyday life and a simple way forward.
