PLEASE NOTE: This course is presented over 4 weeks, sessions held Wednesdays.

Tai Chi and Qi Gong are wonderful ways to build the immune system and strengthen the body through a series of synchronised breathing and slow movements.

In this class Terri will help participants develop a practice in a gentle way with movements that are easy to remember and bring about relaxation. If you have ever wanted to explore Qi Gong or Tai Chi this is a good place to start.

FEE: $14 per session or $48 for 4 weeks. PLEASE BOOK.
