Every action or decision we make needs to respect a boundary; either the boundary to keep an energy within or the boundary to keep unwanted energy out. Boundaries define what is okay for you and can develop out of your life experiences, your values, your cultural background.

Your life is a story which shapes your boundaries and good boundaries free you. How can you skilfully maintain this? Drawing with colour crayons we will work towards revealing ways of maintaining your boundary; learning to say ‘yes’ and ‘no’ to make your life more rewarding, taking command, learning to trust yourself and finding your balance.

Although I have been studying about boundaries the last 2 years,   I loved the art part of the workshop.  Putting my experience in word and colour was exhilarating for me.
