Hear how a diverse group of people turned their dream into reality – Earthsong Eco 
Neighbourhood New Zealand’s first co-housing project.
Earthsong Eco-Neighbourhood is an innovative urban co-housing development in west Auckland, New Zealand, and a model of socially and environmentally sustainable urban living.
Lynette was one of the founders of this project. Come and hear the story. She describes strategies they used to create community even before building their cluster of houses – working together, sharing meals and having fun.
With communication agreement, consensus decision making, and commitment to their shared goal, the group cooperate and enjoy the result. This event is also a networking opportunity for those wanting to live in a community and some of the groups which are forming new communities in this region.
