Do you listen to your intuition or feelings – are you instinctual? We’ve been caught up in an analytical left-brain society and generally not been encouraged to follow these quiet inner promptings. We can of course confuse fear and feelings, addictive thinking with feelings and trust others advice more than perhaps what we quietly ‘know’. Maryann has the rare clarity in regard to her own feelings and assisting others to access theirs.
Maryann Madden has a very individual style of presentation as she challenges repetitive and habitual thinking, our controls and our conditioned reactions. She challenges us to breathe into our truth and live with authenticity rather than performance.
