Walt Disney fell in love with the iconic shaped Matterhorn Mountain that sits on the border of Italy and Switzerland and its presence has captured the inspiration of climbers, artists and childlike wonder.
It actually took five years and several repeat attempts for Alexander and his friend Stephen to climb the Matterhorn in fascinating repeat journeys to the northern hemisphere.
Here is a wonderful opportunity to hear an inspiring story and see some amazing pictures of this beautiful mountain – at the same time come and enjoy Alexander’s and Stephen’s wonderful sense of playfulness in exploring such a stunning part of the world.
