Qi Gong movements enrich your brain and nervous system while enhancing your health holistically. Just ten minutes a day can make a profound difference to mind and energy levels. Participants love Terri’s approach.

In these sessions Terri uses gentle, easy to follow movements to promote the flow of energy (Qi) throughout the body. Benefits can be gained from a single lesson but much more can be gained if you commit to a four-week period so that you can build confidence in the practice.

Terri plans a new format / separate movements at the beginning of each month.
The course is a duration of 4 weeks.

$14 per session $48 per course.
