As the world changes at a rapid pace, so do the norms about a male’s role. What has remained consistent is the life stage transitions, of which some males transit through appropriately and in healthy development, while others struggle. there can be many boys in men’s suits.
Alexander developed the Model of Masculine Development within his 2½ decades of work with both men and women to assist with the healthy transition of men through their life, within relationships and their contribution within community.
This workshop explores and explains the life stage transitions within the model and how it’s relevance to why some men live healthy lives and others don’t. For men and women, parents and educators, for those interested in their interactions with men.
