Neuro Linguistic Programming or NLP is a sophisticated technology of personal achievement, based on understanding the subjective mental processes which enable an individual to excel in an endeavour. NLP provides a framework of tools and techniques that allows us to model excellence, and transfer those thinking skills to others – be it for career, sports, relationships, education, or other endeavours.
Jeffrey Hodges was amongst the first people trained in NLP in Australia and has been using and teaching it since the early 1980s.
