This session will help you understand how your visions must be your pivot point to guide the present you by establishing a heart connection to your future self, empowering you to overcome all obstacles and challenges to achieve your dreams.
Jeffrey has been associated with the Relaxation Centre for 35 years and became fascinated with how we can expand our minds, our capacity for achieving goals and bringing about deeply held personal dreams. Also he looks at those unconscious impediments that get in the way again, and again, and block our successes. He is very inspiring.
