Sally Waters

Sally says “I am fascinated by physical expression, posture, our minds and vitality. We can learn so much through our bodies. I love using meditation, breathing, massage, music and dance in amongst the yoga poses. I like to create workshops so we can play together. My favourite kind of yoga is partner yoga.

The work I do on my yoga mat is so important for the rest of my life. For me it is about integrating our yoga into our lives and to be more connected and alive on our mats.

I studied ballet throughout my childhood. My serious yoga inquiry began in 2011. I am constantly learning and bringing my learnings each week to my classes.

I specialise in seasonal partner yoga workshops which I hold throughout the year to launch you into the next season, grounded and in touch with your body and breath.”
