We often think of anxiety as something based in our minds; but equally true is that anxiety is based in our bodies. It is experienced in our movements and the tensions we hold.
This workshop moves beyond advice into actual movement strategies. You will discover what the term ‘anxiety pattern’ means and how your own patterns are experienced. The focus will be on developing your own skills to help calm both your body and your mind. If available please bring a mat to lie on and a towel.
