PLEASE NOTE: This is a 4-week course, sessions each Wednesday evening.

The practice of Mindfulness Meditation leads to enhanced mental, physical and emotional strength and resilience. This means greater energy – enthusiasm for life and the ability to cope more effectively with long- and short-term situations.

Jane Stanfield comes from a background of many years in health and recognises the remarkable value of meditation. She loves sharing these ideas and techniques and we know you will really enjoy her enthusiasm, humour and caring approach over these four weeks.
