In 2019, come to mid-week yoga – commit to being healthy, and tune in with your Higher Self this year. Every Wednesday lunchtime practise simple yoga asanas for flexibility and health; pranayama techniques for life force control; and meditation for wellbeing.
Bring your own mat. Class starts promptly at 12:30pm. No admittance to late comers.
FEE: $14.00 per session or $115 for 9 sessions. No need to book – just come along. First session 30 January – no charge.
