Artist and Relaxation Centre volunteer Sandy Morrow is launching her book – Head to Heart.

Her whimsical illustrations and simple quotes share realisations she has made on her search for inner peace. It explores our relationship with the mind and how it colours our perceptions of the world and ourselves.
