The impeccable Yogi Paramahansa Yogananda (author of the spiritual classic Autobiography of a Yogi) provided specific energisation and meditation techniques to assist those on the spiritual path of Self Realisation. If you are a follower of Yogananda and a student of his Self Realisation Fellowship lessons, come along and join with other spiritual aspirants for group practice of the 38 energisation exercises, and concentration and meditation techniques. This is about 20 minutes of movements and the remainder of the session is meditation. Note: others welcome to come and experience.
