We’re all taught to read but few are taught how to really listen. In this workshop we will play with different types of listening – literal listening, active listening, empathetic listening and full-body listening.
When we listen to others in a way that creates connection and holds the space, the world becomes an abundant place filled with love and understanding. Come away feeling heard and calmer than before.
