Do you know someone living behind an emotional shield, a façade of sort? Perhaps emotionally distant, role playing, pretending or giving lip service? It can be exhausting interacting with people who aren’t being authentic where the rules change. People can shield themselves to protect, pretend and to provide; we can lose ourselves in these interactions.
Are you placating the needs of others or perhaps you have noticed some of those players in yourself that are no longer serving you?
This workshop will give you insights to a range of these behaviours with strategies to assist regain your zest for life, authentic self and healthy communication.
