Helen Sauer is Brisbane born and has a Diploma of Counselling from the Australian Professional Counsellors and is registered with the Australian Counselling Association. Helen has worked in customer service and also has extensive experience in the Aged Care Sector.

Helen is a mother of two and school bullying experience is the inspiration for Helen to work with and assist others in this area that causes so much misery and often long-term repercussions.
