A regular yoga practice can build a sense of spaciousness in our bodies (asanas), breath (pranayama) and minds and hearts (meditation). Come to this Monday evening class after work or towards the end of the day and build a nourishing relationship with yourself. Lower your inflammatory responses, calm the adrenal system, relax and learn loving kindness to yourself. Learn to be at ease with yourself, accepting yourself at this moment, and embrace health and wellbeing. Please bring a mat or towel to lie on.

FEE per session: $14 or $115 for 9 sessions.
