The personal and social benefits of participating in Women’s’ Circles was shown in a film recently screened here at the Relaxation Centre “The Heart to Lead: Women as Allies for the Greater Good”. It shows that women connecting together regularly provide support, friendship and nurturing. This helps them discover their inner strength and empowers them to make a difference, either personally, within their family or in the larger community. We invite you to join us on this journey of exploration and empowerment and bring any friends who could use support and community.
