Mindfulness has its roots in the teachings of the Buddha. More than two million people have participated in mindfulness courses/programmes in the West in the past two decades.

Mindfulness is often defined as “being in the here and now without judging.” Is this enough?  In the traditional teaching, mindfulness includes ethics, meditation, insight, spirituality and finding of wisdom in daily life.  Are there areas in our daily life which require greater mindfulness? What are the practical ways to explore mindfulness? The evening programme will consist of a talk on the theme, questions and answers and sharing in small groups.

FEE: $30. PLEASE BOOK with full fee.
