A circle is a space with meditation, connection and personal sharing around a set theme; facilitated to be authentic, emotionally safe and heart felt.
A mixed circle offers women a place to be heard by men without being fixed, dismissed or hurried. It also offers a place to hear how men speak of their inner world. For men, they share without the pretense or role of fixer, know-it-all or rescuer. It offers men the opportunity to speak and be listened to.
Alexander combines his unique facilitation skills with men and women, to merge together a circle that is respectful and loving with open communication.
