Here is a 6-session course that provides the foundation of how to establish a life-long meditation practice as well as practical tips and techniques for mindfulness and meditation in busy lives.

Let’s face it: some people feel overwhelmed by the thought of “just one more thing” in their lives. This course will help people to create mental space and clarity in the brief spare moments of their lives; from there, they will feel inspired to introduce a more formal daily meditation sitting into their lives and embark on a life that feels more grounded, happier and more complete.


TUESDAY EVENING SESSIONS Commence 30 JUNE, 7.00-8.30pm (6 sessions). PLEASE NOTE: No session on 21 July.
