Living mindfully when really understood has significant and far-reaching benefits. So here is an opportunity to make mindfulness part of YOUR daily life as you absorb it over the  5 sessions (two weeks apart).

These 5 sessions will include:

1) What is mindfulness

2) Why mindfully

3) How to practice mindfulness

4) How to apply mindfulness into busy lives

5) Questions and answers on mindfulness practice
