Hatha yoga is a powerful tool for personal transformation and renewed vitality. Classes focus on using a set of physical postures and controlled breathing to open energy channels in the body and mind, especially the spine, so healthy functioning is enhanced. Practicing hatha yoga aims to create a balance and unity in mind and body. Mindfulness, strength, flexibility, balance and endurance are all improved in these classes.Please bring a mat or towel to lie on.
FEE per session $14 or $115 for 9 sessions.
