Every one of us has something in common, that is we have problems big and small throughout our lives.

We often speak to others but fail to recognise our own remarkable abilities to solve problems with the right easily applied steps.

Nikki suggests we use a range of everyday items in such a way that allows you to chart your problem details and so allow answers and solutions to emerge. She says the effectiveness and results may surprise you.

The technique helps us dig down to the roots of some of our problems. Once the invisible has been made visible in our personal maps, it is easy to decide what we will stop, start, or keep on doing as a result. This session is as private as you would like it to be and the technique, when applied at home, can be done privately in your own folder or, if you would prefer, on butchers paper on the wall, perhaps to greater effect.

So here is an opportunity to tackle whatever problems you have currently head-on and create the circumstances to gain the clarity you seek.
