Ever increasing numbers of people are talking of being on edge, stressed, never able to turn off, their minds racing, having trouble sleeping, very anxious and always feeling that they’re trying to catch up. Dr Ian Gawler brings 40 years of experience of working with people in stress and crisis situations both face-to-face and through his many books and CDs.
He says; here is an evening on how to bring the practise of mindfulness and meditation into your daily lives. Numerous people confirm that when they meditate they feel so much more at ease, content, energised, focused and at peace, but when they go back to their everyday life they quickly get caught up in the busy-ness once more and lose it.
So today Ian will include how to overcome those common obstacles to people’s regular practice so they can again keep building these feelings of peace and ease as well as the numerous benefits that naturally flow on.
