Many great observers of life have said that our attitudes account for 90% of how well we do – how well we handle situations and of course how we interact with other people.
As we grow up we take on so many of our attitudes from those around us whether they work well for them or not.
It’s good to recognise that our attitudes play out hour after hour, day after day, as information, situations and life in general plays out. It’s our attitudes that can rob us of energy, shut down our power and have us waste huge amounts of time. Here is a little session that can offer significant benefits for the future.
